Basically a Personal Accident Insurance Plan, the Family Guard offers protection against accidental death, permanent total/partial disability and the weekly benefit. It offers ten different units to choose from. It is the plan that covers you and your family 24-hours a day/ worldwide.
With this plan you and your family can be covered for a minimum of EGP 50,000 by paying less than a pound per day.
Family Guard offers Individual as well as Family cover. The definition of the family is Spouse plus four children.
Age limits: Insured & Spouse - 18 to 65 years, Children - 6 months to 18/23 years.
The policy pays double the Permanent Partial Disability benefit for children. It pays for the children's educational fees up to 5 years.
And at if the policy is renewed, the coverage increases by 5% each year up to 5 years with no increase in premium.
Family Guard is guaranteed to pay out even if you already have accident or life cover under a different policy.
