AutoPlus

AutoPlus Gives You the Extra Protection When You Need It 
AutoPlus is a special authorised workshop plan for private cars, offering comprehensive coverage with guaranteed repair quality.
 
Under this plan, claims-related repairs are required to be carried out at authorised workshops of Chartis Singapore Insurance Pte. Ltd. (Chartis) which are conveniently located throughout Singapore.
For vehicles less than 3 years old, you have the option to have accident repairs done at the sole agent’s workshop(s).

100% Indemnity with New-for-Old Replacement
In the unfortunate event of a total loss of the insured vehicle due to accident, AutoPlus will pay you the full purchase price to buy a brand new car (of the same make and model) if the insured vehicle is less than 12 months old from initial registration. In other words, you get a new car in replacement of the old.

Personal Accident Cover of up to S$50,000 for the insured
This benefit pays over and above other personal accident or life insurance in the event of death or permanent disability due to an accident while traveling in a car. It simply means added protection not only for you but for your loved ones too.

Enjoy waiver of Excess on your accident repairs
With 50% No Claim Discount (NCD) entitlement, S$600* repair excess will be waived for your first claim at any of Chartis authorised workshops. For NCD less than 50%, you can enjoy a S$300* repair excess waiver.

Peace of mind with 24-hour FREE Breakdown Towing
At no time will you be left in the lurch, we will be there to help. Not just to tow your car away in case of an accident, but to give roadside assistance when there is a mechanical problem. We provide this service absolutely free anywhere in Singapore.

Protection for Your Car Key up to S$800
In the event of theft, robbery or break-in, AutoPlus will cover the cost of replacing your vehicle lock and car key. In addition, AutoPlus will cover the cost of engaging a locksmith or towing services company should you accidentally lock your key in the car (S$50* excess applies).

Lower premium through applying an Age Condition
Do you require coverage for younger drivers? If not, you may enjoy a lower premium by setting an age condition to your policy.  The higher the age condition, the lower the premium! 
  
Choose from the following options:

  • All age condition+
  • 30 years old & above age condition
  • 35 years old & above age condition
  • 40 years old & above age condition

Please note that own damage coverage will only be provided for insured or authorised drivers who meet the age condition you have selected. 
   
+ If you require coverage for younger drivers, you can opt for an "All age" condition policy.

An “Elderly, Young and/or Inexperienced Driver Excess” (“EYIDR”) of S$3,000* in additional to the Policy Excess applies to You or an Authorised Driver (Named and Un-named) who is above the age of 65, below the age of 23 (if applicable) and/or has less than 2 years' driving experience.

Premium Flexibility through Policy Excess Option

Depending on your preference, you can either increase or reduce your policy excess by paying a different premium. Excess can be increased to a maximum of S$3,000*.
 
Loss of Use Benefit - Usage of Replacement Car For Up to 10 Days

We understand the inconvenience and frustration of not having the use of your car. Therefore, when your car is laid up for accident repairs at the workshop, we will provide you with a replacement car for up to 10 days with guaranteed availability. As an added convenience, we will deliver the replacement car to your designated location and pick it up from where you left it, anywhere within Singapore.
