Liability Claims

In case of loss or damage

1. Measures to be taken immediately upon notice of the damage
   
   Minimize the loss or damage.
   
   
2. The insured should not make an admission of liability or take any action which may be construed as an admission of liability without a prior written consent of Chartis Finland.
   
   
3. Survey and inspection
   
   Please notify the loss immediately to Chartis Finland by filling a liability claim form and sending it to the following address:

4. When sending the claim form, please enclose any and all documentation necessary to establish the legal liability of the insured. If needed, Chartis Finland will request additional information.
   
   
5. Chartis Finland will handle the claim and make a coverage decision regarding the loss. The claimant will be notified in writing.
