Accident & Health Claims

Chartis Finland has a wide variety of accident and health insurances, which cover e.g. Broken bones, burns and dislocations. Cover is also provided for cancer and Other illnesses. If you wish to submit a claim based on an accident & health Insurance, please select the correct loss notification document and follow the steps below.

In case of damage or loss

• In case emergency assistance is required, dial the emergency number 112.
• In case of suspected crime, call the police (10022) and file a police report.
• In case You require medical attention, You may freely choose between public and private health care centers.

In order to speed up settling your claim, please enclose the following documentation:

• a duly dated and signed physcian's certificate
• the original receipts for treatment and medication costs
• police reports (if available)
• witness statements (if available)
• in case of death: death certificate
