Chartis Finland offers various different insurances associated with different credit cards. Indemnity can be claimed based on these insurances by filling and sending a claim form to the following address:

Notification of Loss for Home Safety Insurance, Internet Purchase Protection and PriceGuard Insurance

When sending the claim form, please send enclosed the following documents:

• the original receipts
• police reports (if available)
• witness statements (if available)
