Chartis Kenya has a facility through which lightly damaged vehicles are assessed on the spot and an estimated cost of repairs given. The facility known as the Drive-In Claims Service is located on the lower ground floor of Chartis Kenya office at Chartis House, Eden Square Complex on Chiromo Road.

This Claims Service is open for Chartis Kenya motor policyholders, who expect quicker and more efficient service. Vehicles damaged by accident but still drivable can be taken to the Drive-In bay where the damage will be quickly assessed and the motorists referred to one of Chartis Kenya's approved service providers to have the repairs done without the need for further negotiation. This is the first and only instant assessment service available in the Kenyan market.
