Environmental and General Liability Exposures (EAGLE) Program®

The Environmental and General Liability Exposures (EAGLE) Program® provides insurance solutions for a broad spectrum of wholesale distributors, processors and manufacturers. The EAGLE program provides a comprehensive array of customizable casualty coverages and tailored environmental insurance to help eliminate the added costs, potential for errors and coverage gaps that may result from having multiple carriers or underwriters.

  • Covers emergency response costs arising from a pollution event in the absence of a third-party claim
  • Includes completed operations protection from erroneous delivery of a product
  • Per project general aggregate
  • Clean-up costs includes restoration costs
  • Sudden & Accidental pollution liability insurance (Bodily Injury and Property Damage) available on a blanket basis for all owned/non-owned, occupied, rented or leased premises for pollution conditions that are discovered within 10 days of commencement and are reported within 30 days of discovery
  • Pollution liability insurance options include New and Pre-existing Conditions On- and off-site coverage for Bodily Injury, Property Damage and Clean-up Costs on or migrating from scheduled insured properties
  • Additional pollution liability insurance coverage afforded for environmental liabilities arising from products, contracting operations, and transportation of the insured’s goods, products or waste
  • Primary General Liability Coverage include Broad Form Named Insured, Broad Additional Insured coverage, Per Location Aggregate and no premium audit provision
  • EAGLE Automobile available on a primary basis to supplement the EAGLE program
  • EAGLE Umbrella is available with limits up to $25 million over the primary EAGLE program including or excluding pollution liability, auto liability, employer's liability and foreign liability with a $1,000,000 minimum underlying limit
  • Minimum premiums: EAGLE - $20,000; EAGLE Umbrella - None
