This is why we have introduced our Junior Advantage plan. Junior Advantage is specially designed for children between the ages of 1 month to 12 years. These plans offer comprehensive protection against life’s unexpected events.
1. What is the eligible age for Junior Advantage?
Eligible ages are 30 days to 12 years old for Junior Advantage.
2. Does Junior Advantage cover treatment by a Chinese Physician?
Yes. Treatment by a Chinese Physician for an injury is payable up to a maximum of 10% of the limits under the Accident Medical Reimbursement benefit per accident i.e $200 per accident.
3. What forms do I need to submit for a new application?
When submitting a Junior Advantage application there are 3 forms that you will need to complete and submit

c. Know Your Client and Our Advice and Reasons Why form
4. Will the premium increase with age?
No. The premiums will not increase with age.
5. Does Junior Advantage have a Renewal Bonus?
Yes. There will be a 5% increase in the benefit on the principal sum for "Accidental Disablement" at each renewal of the policy up to a maximum of 50% ($25,000) provided there has been no claims made on the policy.
6. Does Junior Advantage cover hazardous sports?
Yes. Junior Advantage covers hazardous sports such as SCUBA diving, rock climbing, skiing etc. as long as these activities are done on a leisure basis. The insured cannot be engaging in the sport in a professional capacity or where he could earn income or remuneration from engaging in the sport.
7. Does Junior Advantage have any optional riders?
Junior Advantage has an optional "Child Critical Illness" rider. Youth Advantage does not have any optional riders.
