  • Worldwide, "all risks" cover – this is provided as standard
  • Guaranteed Rebuilding Cost – where the buildings have been assessed by us, we will guarantee to rebuild your property in full whatever the cost
  • Additional Residences – cover for second homes, holiday homes, overseas homes and, in some instances, let properties all under one policy
  • Contents Automatically Covered at up to 50% of main building sum insured (sublimits apply, see the Policy Summary for details)
  • New for Old contents cover – no deductions for wear and tear
  • Annual Family Travel cover – cover for all family members and for residents of the main residence, worldwide (including winter sports) providing £20m medical expenses cover, £20k cancellation cover per person and cover for pre-existing medical conditions (unless travelling against the advices of a medical practitioner)
  • Additional covers, including, but not limited to: unlimited lock replacement, business equipment, freezer contents, money, generous alternative accommodation cover, unlimited Trace and Access cover and £100k Legal Expenses Cover
