Pollution Legal Liability Select® (PLL Select®) is a flexible, menu-driven policy that allows property owners, operators, buyers or sellers to mitigate the environmental risks associated with real estate ownership or operation. The policy can be tailored to meet regulatory, contract, lender, landlord or shareholder requirements as well as to advance the business strategies implemented by the insured’s management team. PLL Select® policies can help facilitate negotiations during a merger and acquisition by addressing a wide range of pollution conditions with its flexible and expansive coverage offering.
