Covered expenses arising from product recall:
- Expenses for advisers and consultants;
- Cost of newspaper, journal and other printed messages (electronic or other), radio and TV statements as well as delivery cost of applications;
- Necessary transport costs and living expenses;
- Expenses of employment of additional employees;
- Overtime costs of the insured’s regular staff;
- Necessary expenses connected with lease of additional storage facilities or places of storage for storage of the recalled products;
- Delivery cost of the insured product from any purchaser, distributor or consumer;
- Expenses of disposal unused package and marketing materials located at the sales points in relation to any type of the recalled insured product, if such package and materials cannot be subsequently used;
- Cost of destruction of the recalled product.
