Professional Package (PRO-PAC®) combines general, environmental and optional professional liability insurance in one efficient package. Designed for environmental contractors, consultants, and engineers, the package eliminates coverage gaps and allows multiple coverages to be obtained for one cost-sensible premium.

  • General Liability and Contractors Pollution Liability coverage is included on an occurrence or a claims-made basis providing third-party liability protection relating to the premises, operations or products/completed operations of the insured as well as bodily injury, property damage or clean-up caused by the escape of pollutants arising from the insured’s environmental contracting or consulting work
  • Professional Liability coverage provided on a claims-made basis for errors and omissions arising out of professional services rendered by or on behalf of environmental consultants or engineers
  • As with other environmental casualty policies, the PRO-PAC policy is non-auditable
  • Insured's clients receive automatic additional insured status for general and environmental liability where required by written contract
  • Optional coverages available for pollution conditions resulting from transportation of materials, pollution conditions at a contractor's storage yard facilities and pollution conditions arising from non-owned disposal sites 
  • Separate project-specific policy limits are available up to $25 million
  • Automobile coverage available on a primary basis to supplement the PRO-PAC® policy
  • PRO-PAC Umbrella is available with limits up to $25 million over the primary PRO-PAC® policy including or excluding professional liability, pollution liability, automobile liability, employer’s liability and foreign liability with a $1 million minimum underlying limit
  • Minimum premiums: Professional Package (PRO-PAC) - $20,000, Professional Package (PRO-PAC) Umbrella – $2,000
