CrisisResponse®, a built-in enhancement to the Prime Express® policy, provides immediate access to the funds needed to pay for crisis management costs in the event of a serious casualty crisis. This coverage is offered free-of-charge as a value-added service to our policyholders.

Product Highlights
- 24-hour, toll-free crisis hotline which provides access to Excess Casualty claims specialists who provide advice on how to respond quickly and effectively to manage the incident.
- Provides up to $250,000 outside the umbrella limit to be used when a crisis management event occurs. Including:
       - Temporary living
       - Travel
       - Psychological counseling
       - Medical and funeral expenses
- Provides up to $50,000 outside the umbrella limit for public relations expenses incurred during a crisis management event. Clients are able to choose from an extensive list of the nation’s leading public relations firms and crisis management experts.
- CrisisResponse payments can help pay crisis management costs that would be covered as damages under the commercial umbrella policy.
- Helps prevent damage to the named insured’s reputation and the loss of valued customers.
- Helps assure that the restoration of public confidence in the named insured begins as quickly as possible.

Our EZ Renew process makes it simple for you to renew your clients’ policies up to 90 days in advance. Our eDelivery platform will automatically send you an email with links to all policies eligible* for EZ renew. You can get your clients’ policies renewed quickly making it easy for them to retain coverage. To learn more, email us at toserve@chartisinsurance.com.

 *Policies that may be eligible for EZ Renew include those where none of the following changes or events have occurred during the above-referenced policy period, the above referenced policy (hereinafter “Expiring Policy”) will automatically be renewed upon its expiration: 1) a notice of a claim or a notice of circumstances has been given to the Insurer during the Expiring Policy’s policy period; 2) the Insured has been adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent or made an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or a bankruptcy petition has been filed to have the Insured adjudicated bankrupt and the matter is still pending at the expiration of the Expiring Policy’s policy period; or 3) a change in control, including but not limited to any consolidation, merger, or tax status (not for profit to for profit status if applicable) during the Expiring Policy’s policy period.
