Storage Tank Liability Insurance (TankGuard®) provides coverage for third-party claims for bodily injury and property damage resulting from pollution conditions from scheduled underground or aboveground storage tanks.

- Available to a wide range of classes including owners and operators of service stations, marinas, auto dealerships, airports, and any other entity with underground and aboveground storage tanks
- Premium starts at $1,000 and a discount to premium is available for insureds that employ state-of-the-art underground storage tank technology
- Provides coverage for on- and off-site 3rd party bodily injury and property damage claims resulting from scheduled tanks
- Provides coverage for cleanup or corrective action due to releases from scheduled storage tanks
- Defence expenses provided within the limits of liability
- Provides an automatic extended reporting period of 60 days, and an optional extended reporting period of 12 months for additional cost
- Limits available up to: $10 million occurrence and $10 million aggregate
