| Observe a vibrant and mock employment trial conducted by trial attorneys, an employment law expert and a risk manager which showcases the everyday dangers of employment liability - where the audience is the jury and decides the case! The presentation will go through the elements of an employment trial, including background information regarding employment violation claims of hostile work environment, retaliation and harassment, as well as discussion of Title VII protections. Audience will participate in the jury deliberation process and fill out a mock jury verdict form. Participants will learn important lessons on the consequences of failing to follow proper employment practices and procedures. Participants will also receive constructive advice on how to minimize their own organizations’ and executives’ exposures to such claims. | |
