In case of an insured accident you are kindly requested to:
Notify the CJSC “Chartis Insurance Company” of the accident in writing
Notify the CJSC “Chartis Insurance Company” of the accident in writing
having indicated the first, middle and last name of the Insured Person, Policy number, contact address and phone number, date, time, location, character and circumstances of the accident.
