Consolidated Insurance Programs (OCIPs for owners, CCIPs for contractors)
The Consolidated Insurance Program provides owners or prime contractors with dedicated project-specific limits. These policies eliminate the uncertainties of relying on a contractor's policy, which can leave owners or prime contractors short on limits or uninsured in key areas.
Environmental Remediation projects: owners or contractors have access to the PRO-PAC® policy that combines both General Liability and Contractors Legal Liability coverage parts in one policy, Contractors Pollution Liability (CPL) or Contractors Operations & Professional Services (COPS) policies are also available (COPS are CCIP only).
All other projects: CPL is available on either an occurrence or claims-made basis.
