Secure Wallet provides following protection to the insured customer:
- Credit card fraud coverage: Reimbursement of fraudulent debits on the insured ‘s account in case of fraudulent use of the card or other means of payment after loss or theft thereof.
- Lost & stolen keys coverage: Cost for replacing keys lost or stolen together with the card, including the cost to replace locks.
- Lost & stolen papers coverage: Cost for replacing personal administrative papers lost or stolen together with the card: drivers’ license, automobile registration document, passport, national identity card, etc.
Options:
Secure Wallet is tailor-made to follow the specific needs of Chartis’s partners and their customers. Complementary covers can be added, such as:
- Reimbursement for the purse, hand bag and/or wallet stolen or damaged during the robbery
- Cost for replacing the card
- Stop payment on the card
- Misuse of the SIM (mobile phone) card
- Mugging Coverage: Reimbursement of cash stolen in case of robbery within 2 to 48 hours after the cash withdrawal
- Personal Accident in case of mugging
Secure Wallet can be adapted to business customers of a bank, adding coverage for funds (cash, checks) mugged while being transported from the professional premises to the bank.
