When settling a claim, speed and accuracy is important. Our local claims staff are equipped and trained to handle a large number of claims directly.

We give sufficient claim settling authority to our local offices, relying on their specific knowledge and experience of their market, local legislation and practice. This gives the client the advantage of dealing directly with the decision-maker. Our aim is to find the best solution and an efficient procedure, regardless of the severity of the claim.
 
When the claim is of a less complicated nature, it is handled through a routine or "fast-track" claims handling procedure, which allows for fast and efficient settlement. For high frequency, low value claims, all we need from the client is brief pre-defined information that allows us to quickly settle the matter.
