- If you wish to send a written notification, email us at pcgclaims.australasia@chartisinsurance.com
Alternatively call our claims department: 1800 729 359. - Provide details of the insured including their policy number, full address of their property and contact details.
- Describe the incident or event which has given rise to the claim. Your information will enable us to assess the actions and steps required.
If immediate assistance is required, we will arrange for the insured’s property to be made secure as well as arrange temporary accommodation if required.
