Executive Diversity Council comprised of senior business leaders from across our global organization who set our diversity vision. The Executive Diversity Council tracks and measures the progress of our diversity initiatives and their impact on our workforce and business.
Regional Diversity Councils work across businesses and functions to further our local and global diversity objectives and infuse inclusion strategy into our operations everywhere. Councils are based throughout the world, including the United States, Latin America, Asia Pacific, the Far East, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are internal networks that foster cultural awareness and instill understanding and acceptance of diversity and inclusion within Chartis and within the communities where we are located. Current ERGs center on:
