Accident Insurance
Every company’s greatest asset is the employees. Therefore, it is important to protect them.
The Chartis Accident Insurance provides coverage for accidental death and accidents in accordance with the new definition of an accident; A sudden accidental influence to the body which results in provable damage. An accident caused by illness is not covered by Accident Insurance. In addition to accidental death and permanent invalidity it is possible to extend the insurance so it covers dental accidents, chewing damage, medical treatment expenses and “broken bones” - all depending on the policyholders' wishes.

All accident claims must be reported to Chartis.
To report a claim you must complete a claim form which is available in the section”Claims”.
The claim form must contain the policy number, medical reports and as specific information as possible. Additionally, your employer must sign the form.
In case of a claim regarding dental injury the dental report must be completed by a dentist.
