As our aim is to provide you with the best and accurate assistance after the loss we kindly ask you to report the claim to us without delay. In case of severe loss causing parts of the business standing still, please call us immediately for further advice.
In other losses which causes damage to the company’s buildings and/or contents, inventory etc. you can print a claim form from our internet under “claims”. When you have filled out the claim form we kindly ask you to send the form to: Chartis Europe S.A.

In the event of theft, robbery, burglary, attempts hereof or malicious damage committed in connection therewith the police, too, shall be notified forthwith.
