• Cargo certificates can be issued without delay by the employees of the freight-forwarder or logistics company directly from our internet certificate issuing facility at AIGMarinecargo.com (this service is subject to a minimum annual volume), without having to wait for the insurer to send or approve the certificate. The contact details of one of our claims offices is automatically selected upon inputting your destination;
• Your customers can benefit through access to our network in approximately 130 countries and jurisdictions throughout the world meaning they can file a claim easily anywhere around the world and still be dealing with Chartis.

As our aim is to provide you with the best and accurate assistance after a loss we kindly ask you to report any claims to us without undue delay. On the front of our certificates you can find the contact details of our office or claims representative in the country of destination for your ease of reference. We urge you to notify Chartis Europe S.A. (Bulgaria Branch) directly as well, whether you have called our local claims representative or not.

The attached claims notification form will give us preliminary information on the event. Careful completion of the Form will help speed up the claims settling process.
