• Bill Protector covers monthly bills in case of permanent or temporary disability of a member if the insured household

Home Content & Bill Protector is a monthly insurance product, automatically renewed each month subject to premium payment. The product can also offer a free cover period to give the policyholders the opportunity to review the terms and determine if it meets their needs.

There is a quick and efficient process set in place for filing claims. Chartis Europe S.A. (Bulgaria Branch) deals with customer’s claims quickly and professionally, having implemented an easy to follow procedure and automated processes for payment of benefits.
We kindly ask you to report the claim by filling in the attached Claim Notification form and post it to the Claims department of Chartis together with the rest of the required documents as per the Terms and Conditions.
