Hospital Cash

The Hospital Cash Insurance provides payment of daily cash in the case of hospitalization caused by accident or illness. The insurance is tailored to offer flexible solutions to the customers with the option to choose between personal and family plan and different monthly premiums. We offer specially designed Hospital cash insurance products with variable set of covers, thus responding to our customers’ specific needs.

The covers and benefits under the Hospital cash insurance include:

• daily cash for hospital stay caused by accident
• daily cash for hospital stay in intensive care unit caused by accident
• daily cash for hospital stay caused by illness
• permanent disability and total permanent disability

We usually offer customers a free cover period to review the terms of the policy.

There is a quick and efficient process set in place for filing claims. Chartis Europe S.A. (Bulgaria Branch) deals with customer’s claims quickly and professionally, having implemented an easy to follow procedure and automated processes for payment of benefits.
We kindly ask you to report the claim by filling in the attached Claim Notification form and post it to the Claims department of Chartis together with the rest of the required documents as per the Terms and Conditions.
