Reimburses loss or damage to the insured property as a result of various perils such as fire, flood, earthquake which will be stipulated in the policy. The insurance policy can be extended to provide coverage against loss of earnings during the time required for repair or restoration after covered loss to the property.
Losses incurred by the Insured during construction and erection works, including damage caused to contractual works, materials and equipment. Insurance coverage for construction machinery, scaffolding, property in transit and stored in warehouses may be additionally provided.
