The Legal Protection Insurance offered by Chartis Europe S. A. ensures that you are able to pursue your claim and enforce the law whenever needed without taking the risk of incalculable costs even when you lose a lawsuit.
The types of Legal Protection Insurance that Chartis Europe S. A. covers are
- Stand-alone Auto Legal Protection for one vehicle or more
- Private Legal Protection for singles & families
- Full coverage combining Auto and Private Legal Protection
- Coverage up to a limit of 500,000 € per individual lawsuit
- Coverage of the costs of an attorney
- Covers court costs including allowance to witnesses, costs of an adjustor and
costs of carrying out the court decision - Includes the costs of the other party, if the insured has to pay these
- Includes the payment of bail bond, which the insured may have to pay to avoid imprisonment up to a limit of 150,000 €. The bail bond is paid as an interest free credit.
