Liability Claims

In case of loss or damage:

Measures to be taken immediately upon notice of the damage
Minimize the loss or damage.
The insured should not make an admission of liability or take any action which may be construed as an admission of liability without a prior written consent of Chartis Romania Insurance Company, S.A.

Survey and inspection

Please notify the loss immediately to Chartis Romania Insurance Company, S.A.by filling a liability claim form and sending it to the following address:

When sending the claim form, please enclose any and all documentation necessary to establish the legal liability of the insured. If needed, Chartis Romania Insurance Company, S.A.will request additional information.
Chartis Romania Insurance Company, S.A. will handle the claim and make a coverage decision regarding the loss. The claimant will be notified in writing.
