Chartis Europe SA and its associated companies and branches (collectively “Chartis”, CJSC “Chartis” fully belongs to Chartis Europe S.A.) pay special attention to data protection. In order to arrange and process your insurance cover and to carry out any related activities (for example billing, accounting, compliance with security rules, insurance administration, claims and customs control) we may require certain personal data such as your name, address, phone number, credit or bank card number.

By purchasing insurance and associated services through this website, and by providing us with your personal data, you acknowledge and consent that Chartis is processing your personal data in accordance with this Policy and the relevant laws and regulations in the Russian Federation, including the transmission of the data within or outside the European Union. We shall not be liable for losses incurred due to incomplete or unreliable personal data provided by you.
