Our claims team has both the experience and understanding required to address the individual circumstances of each claim and offers a service characterised by choice, flexibility and responsiveness.

We don’t just settle claims well; we also take action to help stop them from happening in the first instance. For example, when there was severe flooding, we identified areas at real risk and compared them with the post codes of our clients, to identify people who might be affected. One client, whose home was at serious risk, was away on business. So, with their permission we had their property sandbagged and installed pumps to help hold back the water.

It is this anticipation and attention to detail that demonstrates our commitment to the active management of developing events.

After a loss, clients are free to choose their own contractors or repair specialists, or to be connected with one of our pre-screened repair resources. In many cases, they will have the option of a full cash settlement with no obligation to repair lost or damaged property. We’ll also work diligently to help recover lost items.
