Product Liability

Extension for product liability is available for manufacturers and distributors. Bodily injury and property damage resulting from using defected product (defect that creates dangerous conditions for use or consumption) are covered. Product guarantee and damage to defected product itself remain excluded. Completed operations are also covered as long as the defect arise after handover. Professional indemnity and pure financial losses from professional services remain excluded from cover.
