Property/Casualty program for the common areas of planned communities of single family homes. The not-for-profit associations are responsible for the management and administration of common areas as well as shared amenities. The program is currently available in CA, CO, IL, AZ, NV, VA, WA, and TX. The program is administered by Distinguished Programs of NY.
