  • An aggregate limit of $300,000 per policy term (in addition to Foreign Commercial General Liability limits), or $250,000 for CrisisResponse expenses and $50,000 for Crisis Management Loss
  • Covered expenses may include public relations, temporary living, travel, psychological counseling, medical transportation and funeral expenses
  • Our global claims expertise can easily be accessed 24-hours-a-day by calling a toll-free hotline within 48 hours of a crisis event
  • Coverage is provided for man-made crisis events (an extension for natural crisis events is also available)
  • Access to our network of operations serving customers in 160 countries and jurisdictions, with on-the-ground resources who have in-depth knowledge of a country’s or jurisdiction’s laws and regulations

Follow these 4 easy steps to activate your CrisisResponse service:
1. Download your CrisisResponse emergency cards here, print them out on Avery Business Card Product No. 5881 and remember to carry a copy on you at all times
2. When a crisis event occurs, call the hotline number provided on your emergency card within 48 hours of the event to be connected to our dedicated WorldSource claims specialist
3. Our WorldSource claims specialist will quickly assess the situation and facilitate your access to our best-in-class resources
4. You select from an extensive list of leading public relations firms and crisis management experts who will handle the crisis event going forward
