  • For Securities Claims there is an automatic organization coverage, ensuring that general partners, directors or officers need not be named in a claim to trigger coverage for the entity.  Coverage for the entity can also remain in force if general partners, directors or officers are dismissed from the case
  • For employment practices claims, there is no libel, slander and emotional distress exclusion
