  • The eConsultant works for the insured and collaborates with defense counsel to develop and manage a cost-effective, defensible eDiscovery strategy
  • eDiscovery costs are mitigated throughout the process by:
    - Controlling expenses within the self-insured retention.
    - Minimizing exposure to liability from mis-management of the process.
    - Preserving policy limits.
    - Mitigation of overall defense costs
  • An optional endorsement on the 2/2000 policy is available at no additional premium, affording these insureds access to the same list of consultants combined with a sublimit of $25,000 that is not subject to a self-insured retention
  • When the D&O sublimit is exhausted, insureds can choose to continue benefiting from the consultants’ services at pre-negotiated, favorable rates
