ExecSecure® provides enhanced “Side A” coverage, or “pure directors and officers coverage,” in excess of a primary D&O policy to protect directors and officers of financial institutions from non-indemnifiable loss.  An efficient way to build capacity for individuals, this non-rescindable policy ensures that limits are available exclusively for directors and officers (both independent executives and “insiders”) if underlying policy limits are eroded by claims against a financial institution.
