Massachusetts Brownfields Redevelopment Access to Capital (Mass BRAC)

Massachusetts developed the first state-sponsored program to promote private financing for the remediation and redevelopment of Brownfields. Mass BRAC subsidizes environmental insurance premiums for developers to encourage new redevelopment projects for community revitalization statewide. Developers can purchase coverage for environmental liability at affordable pricing. Mass BRAC also offers subsidies for the premium to qualified entities. 

We provide environmental insurance solutions by  providing endorsements for the Pollution Legal Liability Select^® (PLL Select^®) policy which is tailored to Mass BRAC.  The program is designed to help protect developers against the escalating costs of unknown environmental liability.
