Growth Enterprises MuniPro® for Public Entities is a broad professional and employment practices liability insurance policy aimed to protect elected and appointed public officials from acts of negligence in the course of executing their duties as members of a public entity. Eligible classes include board members, administrators, or directors of a public entity, such as a local government (e.g., city or township) or specialized district, (e.g., an airport authority or sanitation district).

  • Separation of responsibilities for individual board members so that fraudulent actions of other board members are not imputed to all insured persons
  • Coverage for acts that may have occurred prior to purchase of the policy
  • Ineligible classes of business include State governments and federal sponsored entities
