Storage Tank Liability Insurance (TankGuard^®) provides environmental pollution coverage for third-party claims for bodily injury and property damage resulting from pollution conditions from scheduled underground or aboveground storage tanks. TankGuard’s coverage extends to corrective actions and cleanup required by federal and state regulations resulting from such pollution conditions. The policy is also an efficient way for companies to fulfill federal and state storage tank financial responsibility requirements.

Provides environmental pollution coverage for on- and off-site 3rd party bodily injury and property damage claims resulting from scheduled tanks

Provides environmental pollution coverage for cleanup or corrective action due to releases from scheduled storage tanks
Defense expenses provided within the limits of liability
Limits available up to: $10 million occurrence and $10 million aggregate
