Wright & Percy Pest Control Program

The Wright & Percy Pest Control program targets residential and commercial pest control operators principally engaged in termite control, but not engaged in fumigation. The Target Classes are Landscaping Services, Exterminators and Pest Control Services.

The program also provides coverage for inspection and appraisal company operations that perform inspections for termites and other insects. In addition, the program targets landscape gardening operations, including lawn maintenance.

The program states are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Pest Control Accidental Auto Discharge Coverage Endorsement is available. It provides coverage for claims arising from sudden and accidental discharge of pesticides and herbicides from any of the insured’s autos
Damage to Property in Your Care, Custody and Control Coverage Endorsement is available. It covers damage to property arising out of specifically described operations

Errors and Omissions Coverage Endorsement is available. It provides coverage for damages caused by negligent acts, errors or omissions in the business practice of providing insect or termite inspections only, but does not apply to treatment
Limited Pollution Coverage for Pesticide and Herbicide applicators available for insureds whose operations meet all governmental regulations and licensing requirements
